Chief Randy Feltner from NDW, who will speak on two topics in the morning: “They Didn’t Teach That in Officer Class” and “Navigating OWCP.”
Fire Chief Baldwin of York County Department of Fire and Life Safety, presenting on “The Summer of ’63: The Battle of Gettysburg Command.”
