Dear VFCA Members,

Your voice helps shape the VFCA, that’s why we’re bringing members together for our first
Virtual Membership Meeting, because your perspective is vital and your feedback truly makes a
difference.

The Virginia Fire Chiefs Association (VFCA) is hosting a Virtual Membership Town Hall on
Thursday, November 7, 2025 from 10:00–11:00 AM. This interactive session is designed
exclusively for our members to share their thoughts, feedback, and ideas about the VFCA.
We want to hear directly from you:

  •  What do you value most about your membership?
  •  What would you like to see improved?
  •  What changes or new opportunities should the VFCA consider?

This will be an open, town hall–style discussion where your input will help guide the
Association’s future direction.
